707 Resource Management contacted Torpedo Juice on the basis that both companies had similar environmental and ethical values. As a service provider with a segmented market and a diverse offering, 707 needed to convey their message simply and clearly. Recycling and waste management doesn't lend itself easily to attractive imagery and all 707 had image-wise was a logo and a promotional desk-top wheelie bin.
Torpedo Juice created the concept of 'desktop guide' to 707's services; a pocket-sized square brochure with each double page spread focussing on a different industry and its waste requirements. Desks were styled and photographed in the studio to portray each industry - with the addition of 707's ever-present little blue bin. The cover features the bin in a shower of falling daisies, the icon of 707's logo. The brochure is, of course, printed using vegetable-based inks on uncoated 100% recycled paper.
